Justin Dutram

Justin Dutram, Assistant Vice President, Mexico and Latin American Affairs

With more than 25 years of experience in coordinating  bilateral programs and initiatives with Mexico, Justin Dutram is the Assistant Vice President for Mexico and Latin American Affairs at the University of Arizona.  In this role Dutram is responsible for institutional initiatives in support of the development of new education and research collaborations, the mobility of faculty and students, and serving as a liaison with partners in Mexico.  Dutram received his M.Ed. in Bilingual and Multicultural Education from Northern Arizona University in 2003 and his B.S. in Geography from New Mexico State University in 1993.

José Lever, Assistant Vice President, Mexico-US Affairs

José Lever is the Assistant Vice President for US-Mexico Affairs at the University of Arizona. Other roles have included National Council for Science and Technology (CONACYT), México, serving as Director of Planning and Evaluation; and Director of Development and International Cooperation. Lever studied his BA in Social Sciences at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and has Masters Studies in Social Anthropology from Escuela Nacional de Antropogía e Historia.  Additionally, Lever holds a Diploma in Mexican Political System from El Colegio de México.
